Block 1: 50+ mins

Complete 4 or 5 rounds of the METCON. Use 2:00 rest at the end of each round. When done, complete the 1 mile or 10 min long run. After the run go to the next slide and complete the chipper. Complete all the reps of one exercise before moving to the next.
