Block 1: 50+ mins
This block begins with our baseline of the calories climbs. You will complete an EMOM beginning at 1 calorie (do 1 calorie on the bike and rest the time you have left in your 1:00, be sure to start right away on your next minute) each round you will go up by 1 calories (1..2..3..4..etc) until you can no longer complete all the calories in the allotted 1:00 time. Track how far you get.
When you finish your baseline, complete the AMRAP ladder for 15 mins going up by 2 for each exercise each round. Then, move on to the next AMRAP with a 20min cap. Get through as many of the reps and exercises as you can in that time.
