Block 1: 40 mins

This workout is a 10 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) that you will repeat 4 times. Your goal in the 10mins is to get through everything on the screen and have some left over time as a recovery before the next round begins. The options on the run distance and the reps are there for you to adjust so you can get rest time in.
