10min warmup

Block 1: 18mins

Begin and end this block with your buy in/out of a 500m or 800m run. After your buy in, complete the ladder AMRAP. Complete 6 reps of each of the exercises. Each round go up by 3 until 15 reps and then you will go back down the ladder.

Block 2: 24 mins

This block is a group block we will complete with a full class here in our studio. However, this can be done alone by following the red lines of what to do. Complete 4 rounds of the two lines with 2 different exercises back and forth. Complete 20 reps for the two lines of 1 exercise. For the AMRAP, complete rounds of the pink calories (women/men) for the time remaining.
