Block 1: 50+ mins
For this block, there are two options. Option one is a pure lifting option where you’ll complete all the sets and reps of one exercise before moving on to the next one. Option two is a METCON option. Follow the metcon down the row of exercises letting your running (or any aerobic piece of equipment) meters accumulate.
