Block 1: 50+ mins

Complete the ladder with the reps going down each time. Complete all the reps of one exercise before moving on to the next. These reps can be broken up however you want, but all the movements (except the dumbbell snatch) is meant to be single leg. When completed, complete a max of 5 rounds of your rowing and ball tosses.
