Begin this lifting day with the mini band work. These exercises are good exercises to not only warm up your legs properly to lift, but also good for some of the smaller muscles we tend to neglect for injury prevention and stability.

When completed, move on to the second slide. There are two exercises given that focus on the same muscle group. Choose one of those two exercises and complete the given reps/sets.
