Block 1: 25 mins
This block is a baseline and something to keep track of your time or score. You will have a 25 min cap. Go down the list of exercises alternating between your dumbbell snatch and bench step overs and belly burpees. The snatch reps go up each time, but the bench and burpee reps will stay the same.
Block 2: 20 mins
This block is a partner you go, I go style block. However, this block can also be done without a partner. If you dont have a partner, rest the time it takes you to complete your reps. Complete all the rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next.
