This workout is a partner you go, I go style workout. However, if you do not have a partner you can just rest the time it took you to complete your exercises. Begin with your run for distance or time. When done, complete each of the round for each section with a 1:1 work to rest ratio. After finishing all the section, finish with your run buy out.
