Block 1: 35mins
This block is split up into 2 stations. Group A and Group B. You will alternate back and forth for 4 rounds each. Each time you are in the station/group you will complete a 4:00 EMOM (every minute on the minute). Complete the exercises/reps/distance in your 4:00 and rest/transition the time you have left.
Block 2: 8 mins
Similarly to the last block, this block will be a 1:00 EMOM that you will repeat 8 times. Pick one of the three core options. Complete the reps in the minute and rest the time you have left.
