Block 1: 17 mins
This block will begin with prating the form and proper technique of a turkish get up. Listen to the audio for an in depth detail. When the 10 mins of practice is complete, take 2:00 to rest and then complete 5 rounds of an EMOM for your bear complexes. 1 bear complex is all 5 movements combined without putting the weights down. Complete 1-2 reps in your minute and rest the time you have left.
Block 2: 24 mins
Complete 4 rounds each (12 rounds total) of a 2 mins EMOM rotating from group A to B to C. Complete the reps/calories in your 2:00 and rest/transition the time you have left.
