10min warmup focusing on dynamic movements.

Block 1: The entire class. Minimum if 50 minutes.

Complete every 2 minutes on the minute for as many rounds as you can make time. In your 2minutes, complete 1 belly burpee and 200m. Each round go up by 1 belly burpee. Rest the remainder of your 2 minutes and repeat until you do not make the time anymore.

When finished, move on to your cleans to overhead. Complete all the given sets and reps at the max amount of load/weight you can. Once all sets are completed, move into your 1600m row.

Lastly, complete a maximum of 5 rounds (or however much time you have left) of the trunk work exercises.
