Block 1: 25mins
This block is 5 rounds. You will set a lock for 3:00 of work and a 2:00 rest to repeat 5 times. In that 3:00 span of time working, you will start with the run each time. When the run is finished you will get as many round in as you can of the following two exercises before the 3:00 is up.
Block 2: 25 mins
This block is a ladder. You will complete each exercises at 21 reps and then repeat at 15 and so forth. Every round, the sit ups will stay the same for reps or time.
