Block 1: 16 mins
This block is a partner you go, I go style block. However, if you do not have a partner you can do this on your own and rest the time it took you to complete your reps. Complete 8 rounds each person back and forth with your partner of :30 jump roping. When done, take a 2:00 rest and move into the 10 min EMOM. One partner will complete the movements while the other partner rests.
Block 2: 26 mins
In the 26 mins given, complete as much as you can in this ladder. Work your way down taking rest where it is given and then work your way back up the ladder.
