For this workout, you will let your distance be a continuously run the entire time. You can track this on a treadmill, on your watch or even just a stopwatch for time. Choose if you want to run the shorter or longer distance. Each time you hit the milestone distance, you will complete the movements below it. Continue this until the distance is complete or time is up.
