Block 1: 15 mins
This block is a class work block, however, it can be done with a partner or by yourself. Complete the given reps per each person completing the workout. Break the reps up however you need to! You can use bands, a machine or even another person for assistance. When done, complete the row in the time you have left. The pink colors show the female calories first and the male calories second. There is a higher and lower option.
Block 2: 13 mins
repeat the block with different reps and calories.
Block 3: 11 mins
repeat the block with less reps and calories
Bock 4: 8 mins
Use the remaining time to work on your devil press movement.
