10 min warmup

This workout has 1 block. You will have a minimum of 50 minutes. This is a partner styled workout, but this can be done without a partner if needed. If you are working with a partner, you will be doing a you go I go for 5 minutes. After that 5 minutes is up, you will then have 2 minutes to both complete reps at the same time. Looking at all the reps below, that numbers are totaled between you and your partner. Every rep completed counts.

If you do not have a partner, do not worry about the clock or the time. Instead, cut all of the chosen reps in half and complete those on your own.

First you will complete your buy in and then move to the list of exercises below. These exercises can be done in any order you wish to complete them, but you must finish all of the reps of one exercises before you can move on to the next one. Lastly, you’ll finish with your buy out.
