10min warmup

Block 1: 22 mins

If you have a partner, partner A will be the pacer while partner B rows until they are completed. If you do not have a partner, you will row the time it took you to do your death marches. Complete both sections and immediately go into your ball clean to shoulder. Repeat until the 22min is up.

Block 2: 20 mins

Rpeat the same concept as the first block, change out with different exercises.
