For a ball ruck, you can take this as a run or a walk. This can be done with or without a weight (ball, sandbag, backpack, dumbbell). Complete the given sets and distances paired with the pull-up reps given. If you get through everything on the screen, use the remaining time to complete what is on the next slide.
