Block 1: 50+ mins

Complete 5 rounds of the rowing, dumbbell clean and biking metcon. Each round the row will go down by 200m and the cleans will go down by 4 reps. The bike will stay the same.

When done, use the remaining time to complete all the sets and reps of the low row and a max of completing 5 rounds of the given amrap.
