Goal is to time yourself and do 100 BB. You can change this rep count if needed until you are conditioned enough to do 100. There are a lot of BB regressions, do not hesitate to reach out and ask if wanted! Wonderful foundational conditioning piece that allows you to keep checking in on progress! Modifications include: Ending BB in a high plank (without going all the way to the floor), walking feet out instead of jumping or performing BB on an incline with a bench/ledge/chair
