Round 1 you will complete 1 calorie biked
Round 2 you will complete 2 calories biked and 2 renegade rows
Round 3 you will complete 3 calories biked, 3 renegade rows and 3 BW squats
This pattern will continue each round as the reps go up.
The ultimate goal of this workout/baseline is to get through the entire list of exercises as quickly as you can, but also find the pace you know you can hold on to for the entire time as the reps gert higher and higher.
