We will be providing our “Workout of the Day” that we will be also doing in our home studio. These workouts are broken up by muscle group and the order of them change every week! This workout will be released at 5:00am the day of and will remain there for 3 days as more and more get released. 💪
We will also be providing “Bodyweight Workouts” that can be done ANYWHERE with the use of minimal or no equipment at all. Lastly, you’ll see our “Interval Day” workout that we do in our gym every 6 weeks to progress on either speed or endurance of running and rowing. 🏃
